Maintenance Programs
Preventive Maintenance (PM)
Preventive procedures for maintaining your machinery in perfect working condition. This involves scheduled visits to perform preventive
maintenance tasks on the equipment. Travel expenses and labor hours are included in a fixed price.
This service adapts to your scheduled production stoppages and maintains the equipment in perfect working condition, extending the equipment lifetime
and ensuring its reliability, at the same time reducing issues and the resulting repair costs.
Corrective Maintenance(CM)
Labour and travel costs included in corrective maintenance interventions.
This maintenance programme includes labor and travel costs for all corrective interventions arising during the
duration of the contract. This service also includes the scheduled preventive visits necessary for the correct
operation of the equipment, therefore, within a corrective maintenance contract, customers have a preventive
maintenance service (PM).

Comprehensive Maintenance
It includes travel and labor costs for all preventive and corrective interventions, as well as any spare parts needed
during the programme contract duration. As such, the optimum service of your laser coding equipment is guaranteed,

Installation and start-up

Sinmar’s technician starts-up the equipment purchased with maximum guarantees of installation and operation.
In our facilities or in the place most suited to your needs, our technicians can provide you a training program in
order to give you the autonomy necessary to identify and immediately solve incidents that the equipment may have
in the production line.

With this service we offer assistance with one of the Sinmar's technicians to carry out any type of work which is needed.
Thanks to the experience and our network of technicians distributed throughout GCC, including UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia ,
we offer a local, fast and efficient service. After each job has been carried out, we put the focus on prevention,
explaining the origin of the problem and providing the necessary information to the clients to avoid the issue
happening again in the future. In this way, the line stoppage time is minimised, hereby maximising line productivity.
Replacement Equipment
Avoid extended line stops without the need to purchase backup equipment.
Through this service, replacement equipment will be temporarily installed during the repair period of the replaced
equipment. Once repaired, the equipment will be installed again in the client’s premises.
This service allows prolonged line stops to be avoided, without the need to purchase spare equipment, with the benefit
of investment savings and production costs.

Remote assistance
Remote management is provided for all equipment connected to the Internet, as an additional tool for diagnosis and remote troubleshooting.
Reporting
This Service provides us with a graphic representation of the measured parameters and data, through a fully configurable information representation panel, also visualizing the analysis information of critical parameters defined for predictive maintenance according to its definition of critical levels and warning, based on a relative difference prediction model.
